- NNNA NAOct 21, 20251.0more than a few disappointing experiences at the bridge st in Wausau outlet. You can get your scripts but you may get grilled in front of other customers as to why you need it and asked to explain in detail your personal conversations with your doctor in order to justify the need for your scripts. This can take 20-30 minutes while others in line behind you have to wait. You could also have one pharmacist tell you your antibiotics isnt in only after having to ask for it without any proactive effort by the pharmacy and that they ordered it and it will be in the next day and when you call to see if what they ordered is in you are told it doesn't exist as a medication suddenly. (How you can even order something that doesn't exist is beyond me) Also you can have one pharmacist tell you your scripts are ready and another then insist you have nothing else to pick up until you reaffirm 3-4 times over that you do and it's there. You may get really kind service or debased and left with lots of problems to resolve on your own, it can go either way. After over a year of disrespectful nonsense I have left this for a better functioning outlet. I suggest getting better care elsewhere. Oh offhanded comments about your conditions are unprofessional and unapretiated. The one star is for having gotten an apology once and that I did end up with prescriptions filled or it would be zero. Rude, disregard for HIPA information in front of strangers.
