- BJBrandon JilekApr 13, 20201.0Terrible customer service. My dad had gotten a pair of hearing aids to try out for 30 days to see if he liked them before going a head and buying them. On the last day of his trial he was prepared to give them back but they were unable to schedule an appointment on that day. Then when he finally was able to get in to return them they said he was past his due date and unable to return them even thought they were unable to schedule an appointment on the actual due date. Now he has a $7000 pair, of basically new, hearing aids that he doesn't use sitting at home and they will not take them back.
