    The web site says it's open at 8:39, I drove the 10 miles there and found the place locked up. So I called and was told they were not open today, Wednesday. They need to update their website or be opened like it says.

    Terrible customer service. My dad had gotten a pair of hearing aids to try out for 30 days to see if he liked them before going a head and buying them. On the last day of his trial he was prepared to give them back but they were unable to schedule an appointment on that day. Then when he finally was able to get in to return them they said he was past his due date and unable to return them even thought they were unable to schedule an appointment on the actual due date. Now he has a $7000 pair, of basically new, hearing aids that he doesn't use sitting at home and they will not take them back.

    I purchased Miracle Ear iRhythms in Enterprise, Alabama on the 27th of September, and then flew to Wisconsin, for a personal, week long stay in Stevens Point, on the 2nd of October. I was more than a little disappointed to discover that I left my hearing aid charger in Enterprise. I called the closest Miracle Ear place I could find, in Wausau, and was blessed to end up speaking with Paula. I explained my situation, she took my number, and told me she would call me back. In five minutes, she returned my call, and although her store didn't have a spare, she located one, and arranged for me to pick it up. This is a level of customer service that I rarely see anymore. I had invested zero money in her store, and yet she took the time to help me. Thank you Paula for all the help, and thank you Wausau Miracle Ear for being lucky enough to have her as part of your family!
