The problem is that I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 and they do not have a doctor on site. Its all virtual. So after being told there were delays, I accepted that and waited patiently for a half hour. The technician comes out and tells me that it will be at least another 45 minutes before the doctor would available. At this point I had enough of waiting, so I asked if there was any reason for me to stay and wait again. As in what are you willing to do to keep my business? They were willing to save my insurance from bill, WOW how generous. Thank you so much for saving the billionaires a couple hundred dollars. What about me? This is YOUR problem, and you are only willing to compensate the insurance company but do nothing for me? I will not return and will make sure to inform anyone I know who has an issue with their vision to avoid Lenscrafters.
