SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital features a two-story provider clinic, consolidating all its provider services into one facility with a direct connection to the larger resources of the hospital. A state-of-the-art surgery area features three high-tech operating rooms, an endoscopy procedure room (for procedures like colonoscopies), 11 pre/postoperative patient rooms, four post anesthesia recovery rooms and a centralized sterile processing area. It also includes a private consultation and family waiting area..

- KKKateMar 13, 20262.0Been coming to the lung clinic for years for my COPD, everyone at office is great except for the nurse Jerry. She’s always rude and unwelcoming, not sure how she still has a job here or why management hasn’t fired her yet.

- KRKim RoddyDec 4, 20255.0Absolutely wonderful care from moment one in the ER to all staff in in-patient care. I did not meet a single unpleasant person there. Everyone from RN, CNA, PT, OT, Cleaning and Food Service staff was very kind, patient and helpful. Made my stay there very pleasant.

I took my kids here because another hospital told us my daughter was just fine when I knew she wasn’t. SSM took all the proper steps and did a chest scan when the other hospital didn’t. Come to find out she had walking pneumonia. They gave her a cough medicine to keep her comfortable. Something the other hospital refused to do. Now we come here every time.
