  Wait times are ridiculous! I haven’t been to one appointment with a wait less than an hour to see my doctor! They are the only game in town and I love my doctor but I can’t wait for a pediatrician to open a private practice in our town.

  Don't try here if you have anything you would like looked at soon. Injured my wrist and they can't tell me what the soonest availability is. "Just go to urgent care, they're open." Really helpful advice from the receptionist to take my business, and my health, elsewhere. I think its time to look for a new primary care facility, which is a shame since this one is down the street from me. Maybe they're understaffed, or the staff is poorly trained. Maybe they just don't care unless its something routine, or they know you're going in for something big and expensive.

  Had an eye exam here thinking my insurance was valid/active. Awful communication, they didn’t ask for my insurance information or tell me it wasn’t active until after my visit, now my out of pocket cost for a basic routine eye exam is $494. Ridiculous, will never come back here.
