- PPPascalJan 5, 20261.0I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam at the Waukesha location, the day of I got a confirmation email with the details of my appointment, mainly the time and address. So I tapped the address given and it just took me right to Google Maps. To my surprise I arrived at a U-HAUL facility 10 minutes away from where I was supposed to be. After communicating this with staff I was met with complete and utter apathy and no desire to fix or understand what went wrong. The doctor peaked from his office and all he had to say was “If you have been here before why didn’t you know where it was”. I knew where it was, if I had just searched up Target Optical Waukesha I would’ve gotten to my appointment on time, but I used the address that YOU provided and it was wrong. They did not see me, and I had to reschedule. I would’ve appreciated some understanding and at least a shred of desire to change the information on the email because it is completely misleading and it caused me to miss my appointment. Horrible experience, DO NOT USE THE ADRESS PROVIDED BY THE EMAIL.
