- BMBev Miller4 days ago5.0I came in as a handicapped person with limited mobility. Optometrist very helpful in that regard, friendly and patient. Knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient. Shared information and images of the condition of the inside of my eyes. Answered questions I have wondered about for years. Also made sure I was safe as I exited. Female staff who fitted my glasses also friendly, professional and patient. Knew what she was doing. Explained the different options I could select...glare, shading color, panorama, ie., field of progressive vision. Also helpful in regard to my disability. I feel very sure that I will be very happy with my new glasses. I am sorry I forgot their names(will probably remember tomorrow). Also sorry for the wordiness of this evaluation.

- YMYvonne MillerFeb 26, 20261.0I went for an eye exam and was told that I need cataract surgery. The paperwork should of been faxed to my insurance company. It never was. When I called and told them the insurance company never received the paperwork. I was told that it was faxed and it would not be faxed again. I can get a copy of the referal and get it to the insurance company another way.
