Scolded by the woman who I talked to when I had to cancel and reschedule my husband's appt. When I arrived for my appt the doctor said nothing. No niceties like, "how are you today". Nothing. Then the doctor scolded me for not wanting the retinal exam. He said if I didn't want it then he wouldn't be seeing me today. I got up and walked out. Hope you have a better experience.

Some of the most unprofessional service I’ve had in a very long time.
I ordered a new pair of lenses for my prescription sunglasses through Target Optical back in August. The sunglasses were from a third party but I had originally ordered them through target years ago when they still carried that brand. They told me that despite not carrying the brand anymore, they would be able to turn in my frame through the third party company and put the lenses with my new prescription on the frame.
A month goes by, I haven’t heard anything about the sunglasses until I received a call saying that there were issues on the third party’s end. I shrug it off and continue to be patient.
3 weeks after that, I give them a call and ask about my prescription sunglasses and customer service tells me that they will get in contact with the third party and then update me the same day wether the third party responds or not. Target never called me back.
I call back the very next day asking the same thing and they tell me that the sunglasses were here but the frame was damaged along the way. Very interesting how they never updated me that they arrived and how magically they suddenly arrived. They then told me that I could exchange for a different pair and I decided to give them a chance and see the options.
A few days later, I head in and browse the sunglasses options. Subjectively, the selection was very shallow and there were not many options. I then find a pair that looked decent and proceed to check out. On top of that, they did not have the lens color that I originally asked for in my original pair, so I resorted to something somewhat similar. I asked if I could get some sort of discount for having to wait two months and not being able to have a pair of sunglasses for the remainder of summer. They said they could “try”.
Three more weeks roll by to today. I come in to get the glasses and upon receiving them, the frame was completely uneven. The lady proceeded to say “that’s the thing about Oakley’s.” instead of taking accountability. She did fix it immediately after but I had a hard time believing that the frame wouldn’t just suddenly break on me later on (it was free after all).
I then ask if I could get a discount on the sunglasses, and they tried claiming that they took off the price of the frame, but that wasn’t what I had originally paid for to begin with. This was my last straw at this point and I immediately asked for a refund, which I received.
Shortly after, I gave them a call and they were not able to reimburse me for the frame sent to the lab and throughout that whole exchange I ended up with negative one sunglasses. It all just seemed like a ploy to go directly through them so they could earn more of a profit. Will be switching providers immediately.
