MITCHELL COLE is one of the most outstanding, compassionate, caring, PATIENT, and ethical individuals I have ever encountered, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING‼️And his receptionist Kari is extremely polite and patient. I basically came to him IN TEARS because the hearing aids I had, which were relatively new, and looked like they were designed for “The Incredible Hulk,” They were big, clumsy, echoed terribly, were so loud they HURT my ears! THEY WERE USELESS‼️I had been back to my former “so-called” Audiologist on National Ave. several times, but she refused to listen to me, was extremely rude, and NEVER fixed the problem. I was desperate. My daughter then found Elite Hearing and I couldn’t be more satisfied‼️‼️‼️Mitchell tested my ears MORE THAN ANY Audiologist ever had, and found the perfect type of hearing aids for my “Profound Hearing Loss,” w the proper weight and style for a VERY reasonable price and insisted I come back once a week to make sure they were fine tuned. I CAN HEAR NOW AND ITS WONDERFUL! He also showed me the proper app so I CAN ACTUALLY HEAR ON THE PHONE! INCREDIBLE ‼️If you are frustrated, depressed and feel hopeless, re your hearing, THIS IS YOUR LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL‼️
