My partner, a long term consumer; however, when problems with present devices became apparent with advisement of new devices, AudioNova representative dismissed the need to communicate to my partner's insurance. Two months passed, the representative admitted having "forgotten." Provided us the assurance she would carry through, yet, another two months passed, absent her follow-through with her final commentary to inform my partner to merely call her insurance herself. Extremely disappointed!
