Unfortunately those people are no longer there and I'm stuck with Cassie the Pharmacist. She is a heavy girl with long brown hair and she is very rude. Never smiles, loves to make me wait, talks down to me, and has given me false information numerous times. I don't know if it's just me or if that just her personality but she needs to take a class on customer service. I put her on speaker phone so my husband could hear how rude she is. Maybe she just hates her job but I'm refuse to be treated like that! I'm having everything sent over to Walgreens today. I like the convenience of this pharmacy but I'm refuse to be treated like that!
