  My Hearing test done by Sam was as professional as could be. He took great effort to explain everything, so that I fully understood. He performed the best hearing test that I have ever experienced! However, at a cost of $7000.00 for two new hearing aids, the return on investment for me. at age 82 is ridiculously poor. My first pair of aids back in 2004 cost me $4200 per pair. Now the same style of equipment cost $6,999.00! With more folks buying new hearing aids every year, most other mechanical things end up going down in price. Not true with Miracle-Ear products! That's a 60% increase in price! I bought the Semans brand hearing aids before for $4000 + $200 for a recharger. The same German company that manufacturers MRI and most high-quality X-Ray equipment!

  I DO wish to recognize the excellent service and care given me every visit I make to your Tower Avenue facility. Sam performed my hearing test and thoroughly explained the results with professionalism. He fixed the squealing sound my aid was doing and adjusted the sound to perfection and to my complete satisfaction. He took the time needed to correct (and fix) my aid problem. I am forever grateful. Nicole is another staple and communicates so well with Sam. The two are Godsends. THANK YOU, MIRACLE EAR. Sam and Nicole live up to the name “Miracle”.
