  Peter C has stretched me to improve mobility, reduce imbalance and feel younger. He has educated and motivated me in my own training. Few people stretch enough considering the benefits, highly recommended.

  My experiences with first dates, not awesome. First day on a new job, nerve wracking. The idea of going to a lab and having someone pretzel me up until something bad happens, not ideal. I’m not getting younger and even when I was I didn’t stretch. Nature has forced me to consider seeking help or maybe it was my wife. I entered the pristine lab and was impressed by how well thought out this concept appeared. After a quick baseline was created we got to work. My Flexologist was professional and a good communicator. I was relaxed and began to feel improvements. 50 minute stretch and a good night sleep later I can see it. It felt like a massage but invigorating. It fits into a wholistic plan for better health. I was inspired. Not bad for a first date.

  Friendly, helpful people. Would recommend giving it a try. The stretches feel good and are done in the most professional manner. Find this to be just what I needed.
