  Not only does this optical clinic offer a high-quality selection of eyewear, but their service is exceptional as well. Ashley went above and beyond to help me select the perfect frames. Since I’ve never needed vision correction before, she took the time to educate me on everything I needed to know so I could feel confident in my purchase. I truly appreciated her patience and expertise. Thank you, Ashley! I will definitely continue using SSM Health for all of my vision care needs.

  The staff was wonderful. My mom had hip replacement and everyone was great. Totally reccomend!

  I had hand surgery this morning at 9 AM on January 7. I highly recommend this facility because all the nurses that took care of me today. Today was extremely nice sweet and kind people I have ever met all the nurses that I had today explained everything to me, including the surgeon, Dr. Weber she is the best specialist hand surgeon. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you so much to all the nurses and doctors that took care of me today. I totally appreciate it.

  Doctors and care is excellent but the facility is so poorly designed. Check in process requires you to check in at a kiosk then proceed to one of the 3 receptionists hovering nearby that will tell you where to go, they should either have everything on the kiosk or don't have it at all. The area where you have to wait before being called into the exam rooms is in the hallway, which is not wide enough to allow a wheelchair to be waiting and one to pass. Additionally, since there is not a single waiting area, the staff needs to wander the halls calling for their patient.

  My orthopedic surgeon is awesome. We live in the Dells though, so I was happy to know they have this new facility. It felt much more inviting than St. Mary's or Fish Hatchery. The building certainly smells, looks, and feels amazing. More than this, the staff is what makes it feel comforting, high tech, and the overall quality of care at, above, or below comparable competing health facilities. In my opinion, the staff provided care that makes this facility above average in comparison. Thank you so much to all the staff! You were all down to earth, kind, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made that building feel pretty cool. Thank you!
