    Frustrating when you call to confirm hours with the front desk and then show up when you say you will, only to find the posted hours don't matter. (We were told no appointment needed.) My elderly mother, who relies on me for rides, and I waited from 1:12-1:40pm only to leave because I had to get back to work from my lunch.

    For the first time in my life the optician did not check the fit when I picked up my glasses. Now after spending a lot of money, my glasses are too uncomfortable to wear for more than 10 minutes.

    I only go to Davis Duehr Dean Sun Prairie for my glasses because of Alicia & Esther. Those two ladies are so helpful and honest when choosing frames. Their experience, knowledge and professionalism is above and beyond. Thanks again ladies for helping me choose my frames today.
