He was able to start running. Last year he ran the Boston Marathon. He ran the marathon with the same insoles he purchased 21 years ago. After running many marathons and daily use, the insoles had worn out. We were told when we purchased them 21 years ago that they had a lifetime warranty. We called the Middleton Good Feet store and set up an appointment. We went to the appointment and they informed us that we would get a brand new set of insoles for free. We were very happy with the service and the new insoles fit perfectly. Randy states “he couldn’t live without them”. Great company! Highly recommended!
