I purchased Good Feet Store insoles in August hoping to resolve my plantar fasciitis. I used them consistently, went back for a refitting, and still experienced no improvement. After seeking professional medical advice, I learned that my pain wasn’t coming from my foot at all, but from my lumbar spine. I am now in physical therapy to address the true source of the problem — something a shoe insert could never have fixed. Because of this, the insoles are completely useless for my condition. I reached out to the Middleton location to explain the situation and request a refund since I am clearly not a good candidate for the product. It took over a week to hear back from the store manager, and only after following up again. When they finally responded, I was told they would not issue a refund and that all they could offer was yet another “refitting” — something I already explained is not helpful or relevant to my condition. I emptied my HSA account on a product I was assured would fix my pain, only to discover that it never could have. Being denied a refund under these circumstances feels deeply unfair and unethical. Their refusal to take responsibility, even when the product is clearly ineffective for the customer’s diagnosed condition, is incredibly disappointing. Customers deserve transparency, compassion, and solutions that genuinely address their medical needs — not a one-size-fits-all product paired with a no-refund policy. I still believe a refund is the only reasonable resolution in a situation like this.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
