- DNDestinee NylandFeb 5, 20245.0This was my first time using this pharmacy and I might just switch it to my main pharmacy. The employees here are nothing but kind and helpful. I came to get a prescription filled and I came unprepared, without my insurance ID card. I didn't even think about it. Of course, I went online and logged into my account to pull up my ID card, and technology failed me so I couldn't get the information I needed. I was working with Kelly during this, and she was extremely patient with me and helped me to get the information I needed. She could have easily told me to go away and come back when I was prepared, but she took the time out of her day to help me instead. Thanks, Kelly, for making this experience much less painful than it could have been!
- CTChad TNov 6, 20225.0I could probably put this review into one word. SPECTACULAR, however here's a little more. I absolutely love this pharmacy. Since becoming a customer of this Pick 'n Save Pharmacy years ago I cannot say a single bad thing about it. The customer service has been spot on every single time, every question has always been answered. Even when I ask those dumb, and, embarrassing ones they always make me feel comfortable to not feel so bad. To add to how great they they are, approximately a year ago, I moved to a different house an hour away, but yet continue to come to this location to get my quarterly medications because I use their "MedSync" program which is great! I do have to single out one person. Kameron, you go over and above sir, 200%, every single time. Thank You! It's crazy to think a "bigger city" pharmacy can be so small town feel. (Don't look at me like that, I'm from a town of less than 2000)
