- RRRuth RiveraDec 3, 20234.0I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR THEM TAKING CARE OF MY FAMILY MEMBER AND OTHER PEOPLE THERE HOWEVER, THEY REALLY NEED TO RESPOND PROMPTLY WHEN A PATIENT(S) ASKS THEM TO CHECK THEIR GLUCOSE LEVEL BECAUSE MY FAMILY MEMBER HAD TO ENDURE A TRULY VERY PAINFUL UNNECESSARY KNEE DRILL (BY EMT) TO RAISE THE VERY VERY DANGEROUSLY LOW GLUCOSE LEVEL THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED HAD THEY LISTENED AND RESPONDED BEFORE PASSING OUT AND ALMOST DYING. ðŸ˜
