  I have been at this dialysis center for a number of years and I have found that Fresinius will do the absolute minimum for their patients and DO NOT follow their mission statement. Before Fresinius took over Dialysis care in the Area, the care was excellent. But after Fresinius took over they cut more than half the staff and the people they bring in are not usually compassionate and empathetic. I have written all my elected officials but nothing ever gets done. Every time they come to investigate things there are suddenly more staff then are ever here on a normal day. Having private business take care of your health in this case was a poor decision by our local hospitals and their upper management. They also no longer let guests stay worth their loved ones. And of courses it says all over the place no photos or videos. They don’t want people seeing how things are going. I should also say the people that they hire don’t last long. They over work them and burn them out quickly. The upper management is terrible. They hired a new manager here who is really trying but the people above them only care about the bottom line.

  It was -8 F outside and they told me I could not sit in their lobby for 15 minutes while I waited for the bus.

  I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR THEM TAKING CARE OF MY FAMILY MEMBER AND OTHER PEOPLE THERE HOWEVER, THEY REALLY NEED TO RESPOND PROMPTLY WHEN A PATIENT(S) ASKS THEM TO CHECK THEIR GLUCOSE LEVEL BECAUSE MY FAMILY MEMBER HAD TO ENDURE A TRULY VERY PAINFUL UNNECESSARY KNEE DRILL (BY EMT) TO RAISE THE VERY VERY DANGEROUSLY LOW GLUCOSE LEVEL THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED HAD THEY LISTENED AND RESPONDED BEFORE PASSING OUT AND ALMOST DYING. 😠

  I have dialysis here Mon. Wed. &Fri since a year ago in Appil 2018 from a group of 2 increased since very friendly bunch that makes things work esay
