  I was really looking forward to trying Club Pilates and signed up for their free intro class to learn more about Pilates and the studio. Unfortunately, my experience raised several red flags. After showing interest online, I received multiple calls and texts, from 2 different numbers, all pushing me to schedule my class. Once I confirmed for Saturday, they continued to contact me. I was even told I needed to call back within an hour to reconfirm or risk losing my spot, despite already confirming via text. On the morning of the class, they called yet again to confirm. At this point I decided to cancel my class, I can’t imagine what the sales push is at the “free” intro class. The constant communication felt excessive, disorganized, and more like a sales tactic than genuine customer care. Combined with the number of reviews online mentioning difficulty booking classes, the whole experience felt less like a welcoming fitness community and more like a pushy money grab. I’d recommend checking out a locally owned studio instead, where the focus is likely to be more on the client experience than on aggressive sales.

  Amazing, fun and exciting are the words I’ll use to describe my free trial and I’m looking forward to my new membership! I think it’s totally worth it! Elizabeth was very clear and explained everything to my understanding since I am new to this whole process, and she made me feel comfortable and confident!
