- KKKailee KovachNov 10, 20255.0After an arduous few months with new crowns and persistent discomfort, I contacted Dr Westrick’s office to get a second opinion. I was met with kindness, understanding, and professionalism. They got me in right away after reviewing my x-rays, and took all of my complaints and pain seriously. He performed my first ever root canal today, and while it is never fun to have dental work done, him and his staff ensured I was respected, heard, and kept as comfortable as possible. When I felt pain at the start of the procedure, they immediately stopped and applied additional medication to numb the area further. I received detailed aftercare instructions. I can’t say I am looking forward to my second root canal in January, but I cannot recommend a better endodontist in the area. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

I suffer from extreme anxiety with all dental procedures and he really helped to relax me and make the entire experience much more tolerable. Starting with reception, Jenn is always so organized and professional when going through paperwork, description of the charges, and billing procedures. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I'm always greeted with a smile by the dental assistant and brought back to the chair within minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Westrick's chairside manner is great - he explains what he's going to do and why, he takes time to answer questions in an easy to understand way and he is efficient and gentle during the procedure. I'm always impressed with the near-painless work and easy recoveries from my procedures.

He makes sure you are comfortable and has excellent technique for numbing your mouth. He pays attention to how you are doing, taking time to explain what is happening and taking time to do it the correct way. He seems to be famous for his root canals but should be equally famous for his extractions. Wish I had known about him for my children's wisdom teeth. It was painless and a great experience.. His staff is also professional and helpful.
