- YRYasar RanaAug 20, 20251.0This place is ridiculous. the little asian lady is annoying and unhelpful. usually went through walgreens, but switched because my local walgreens has been short staffed. the same prescriber, same insurance, same medication. they said the prescriber doesn’t take my medication, i knew that, i told them ill pay out of pocket and to take my insurance out of the system like walgreens does. they said no, mind you i told them i could withdrawl from this medicine. they said no and then i left without my medicine. going back to walgreens, ill just drive farther for a different one.

There is usually no wait, once in a while there might be 1 or 2 other people waiting, and it still isn't a long wait. The pharmacist knows my name, is always very nice & friendly, and if there happens to be a problem she takes care of it right away. I have to say I did not experience any of these things at Walgreens, it was the opposite there. I am definitely staying with Metro's pharmacy.
