I pulled up via the drive--through and the pharmacist was on the phone with another customer. I waited about 2 minutes for the call to finish and she came over to greet me, apologized that she was on the phone with another customer and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process took another couple minutes to verify my identity, explain the medication I was picking up (new to me) and process my payment.

Telling me my script would not be auto refilled because it's not a maintenance drugs... Even though it very much is a maintenance drug . There's absolutely no other reason why someone would be on this other than it being a maintenance drug. She has a bad attitude and acts like she's above everyone. I Hate dealing with her and I see others have had the same issue.. Also last week when I was there they open at 9.so I got there and waited in line until 915 and then saw the pharmacist finally arrived and instead of greeting me the customer she went I side while bringing out a cart of meds then proceeded to grab some cleaning supplies and started cleaning around me as I was standing in line. Then as she's spraying the counter asked me if my meds were ready and continued to to clean. I sat there for ten minutes so I was finally helped at 9:25.this is absurd business practices. I think management needs to have some conversation with some staff about how to talk and treat your Customers. I will be screen shooting all these reviews and sending them to Kroger corporate before they lose even more customers. This will be my last prescription filled here..
