  When they were taking care of my wife we didn’t not appreciate the offices behavior how the would constantly call my wife’s caregiver about other clients while the caregiver was trying to take care of my wife it got so bad that they ended up trying to call my wife to talk to the caregiver and my wife went off because she was sick and tired of all of the bad behaviors but when spoke to corporate they were great

  Just want to let you know that I really enjoy having Casey as a caregiver. She is such a willing and cheerful helper and always takes good care of me. I really want her to continue to be my caregiver after her surgery and perhaps even have her extra days..maybe Saturdays. I also want to commend Gwen who sees to my every need and helps me so much with sorting through so many things and I also want to commend Linda whole is the best ironing lady ever! I enjoy these 3 ladies the most. They are a wonderful trio taking good care of me and I would like them with me even more!! Thanks for sharing them with me. Earlene Zastrow

  my name is Karen and I'm hemiplegicdue to a stroke Dec.11, 2021 I have had Home Instead services for about 4 years All of my caregivers are kind and respectful. Vickie,especially was very patient and respectful when giving me a shower for her first time, inspite of my germaphobia,OCD she listened to my instructions intently and followed my instructions perfectly,as did Sakina for her first time showering me.Home Instead strives to cover my shifts and they always make sure to find a replacement if a caregiver is sick so as not to jeopardize the client. Angie is super patient and kind Breanna is very sweet,and although she is new, she is a fast learner. All of my current caregivers are kind,considerate,compassionate,respectful and willing to learn.Yolanda is always willing to help especially with cooking.
