- EZEarlene zastrowSep 23, 20255.0Just want to let you know that I really enjoy having Casey as a caregiver. She is such a willing and cheerful helper and always takes good care of me. I really want her to continue to be my caregiver after her surgery and perhaps even have her extra days..maybe Saturdays. I also want to commend Gwen who sees to my every need and helps me so much with sorting through so many things and I also want to commend Linda whole is the best ironing lady ever! I enjoy these 3 ladies the most. They are a wonderful trio taking good care of me and I would like them with me even more!! Thanks for sharing them with me. Earlene Zastrow

Vickie,especially was very patient and respectful when giving me a shower for her first time, inspite of my germaphobia,OCD she listened to my instructions intently and followed my instructions perfectly,as did Sakina for her first time showering me.Home Instead strives to cover my shifts and they always make sure to find a replacement if a caregiver is sick so as not to jeopardize the client. Angie is super patient and kind Breanna is very sweet,and although she is new, she is a fast learner. All of my current caregivers are kind,considerate,compassionate,respectful and willing to learn.Yolanda is always willing to help especially with cooking.
- BWBrenda WrightJul 4, 20251.0They don't deserve a star at all! They reward bad workers and crap on the good workers! Management lies. My nephew was abused by not 1 but 2 caregivers there 1 was charged and the other one they claim was innocent... My nephew is autistic and couldn't remember the date obviously hes pretty much non verbal. And because he only had a few hrs they really didn't try hard to find people to come in by him either. Very unprofessional if you ask me.....
