  I’ve been super impressed with the Pick N Save pharmacy. I was using Walgreens and they were horrible. Their customer service was bad. Pick n save pharmacist has spent a lot of time going over medications with me for my family member who got out of hospital with list of 15 prescriptions.. pharmacist went over them one by one so I was informed.. they are not a 24 hour pharmacy, but their hours are better than some of the other pharmacies in this area. Since I have been having to use them weekly because of family medical things, I have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately, they know me by name, Because I have been using them so much. They’ve even alerted me of things that the providers did not and actually called on one prescription because they didn’t think it should be taken with another. To me that’s good customer service.

  I've been going to this pharmacy since 1996. And has only gotten worse since being sold to Pick n Save. Since February when they got a new system all our scripts on file and ones sent in 2 weeks in advance got lost. Since then trying to get my kids, and my husband and I's prescriptions when they are due is getting to become extremely problematic. Each month at least 1-2 of us have to lapse in our medications since February. Every time they blame the doctors, but now even with us showing messages from our doctors office they argue with us that they don't have the script or refuse to fill the script until we are without. Jeff is the only pharmacist there that seems to know how things should be done and people don't have to go without their meds. Ariel is every month having to fight with the other pharmacists to fill our scripts because it's become such a problem that she knows when each of our scripts are due and will fight for us to get our meds.

  No matter when you come in, they always happen to be "working on your order right now". In other words, they never start until you stop in for it. So a bit of advice, stop in early so they will "start" putting together your order and they'll be done when you actually need it.

  I went to the pharmacy for my son's cough medication. I'm deaf and when I wrote down the information. She would keep talking to me instead of writing down. I kept telling her to write down instead of talking but she was stubborn. Rude lady and is not happy at the workplace apparently. It was at 2:30pm today.
