- LSLaura SeymerFeb 19, 20241.0I go to this pharmacy because it is close. The customer service is quite inconsistent. At times they are very friendly and at other times quite the opposite. The last time I was there one of the ladies told me that I should have gone to the drive-through. She said it in a rude tone. I said I wanted to speak to the pharmacist and the drive-through window is difficult for me to communicate. I had to pick up a new prescription that I had never taken before. The pharmacist did not explain things to me and was very short. He didn't tell about any of the side effects or give any information about the prescription. Even though I like the store, I am considering going to a different pharmacy. The staff needs to concentrate on their customer service skills.

- JSJ SAug 4, 20211.0Every single time we have to get prescriptions filled there, the staff is rude, the meds are never ready and they treat you like you are garbage. The one associate named Hannah is the worst. She is condescending, short and will cut you off mid sentence every time. You will always have to wait for meds even if you called them in the day before! The wait time is usually 15 to 20 minutes. Very poor customer service, especially for healthcare. Go somewhere else!

At first I thought it was just me until my wife and children were all treated in the same manner. When I called today and asked nicely if we were doing something wrong to not receive all of our available prescriptions when we come in to pick them up the woman on the phone became defensive and told me she didn't work on Saturday so she has no idea. Blamed my 23 year old daughter of not having her drivers license with her. My daughter asked multiple times if there were any other prescriptions and they told her no - never asked for her drivers license one time. I have moved all of my business to the Wausau store on Bridge St and those ladies are fantastic! If you chose to go to Cedar Creek Pick and Save Pharmacy go at your own risk and don't forget I warned you!
