Care at SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital is complemented by hospitalists — physicians that specialize in taking care of patients while they are hospitalized. Emergency care and urgent care services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through highly-qualified physicians and nurses in the Emergency Department. Healing spaces have been incorporated into the hospital for patients and families to seek solitude and comfort. A meditation room and healing garden, near the Emergency Department, are key features, as well as a lot of natural lighting.

    Very professional all the way around. Dr. Salah was on top of things, and the entire nursing was great. Meals were also very good.

    I was very sick and between shifts I was treated but the later I was told told that you aren't sick enough to admitted to the hospital. Such arrogance of the staff. If I wasn't then I in future I will to another hospital period.

    Came in on Wednesday for what turned out to be a nasty cellulitis infection in my jaw. No sooner did I sit down in the waiting area that a nurse came and got me into a room quickly. They ran labs, did a CT scan to rule out a more serious infection, and gave me a shot for the awful pain in my jaw. I felt valued as a patient. I was treated with dignity, respect, and care. They are truly a wonderful medical group, and it's great to know that there is a hospital like this nearby. Thank you everyone for your care and help!

    I went here on October 17th for my semi drivers fed Med exam. Nurse Practitioner Vicki Nelson and her assistant did the usual tests which I passed with the exception of my blood pressure. Tho they gave me a rest in a dark room I could not get my B.P. to meet the standard. I was given a 6 month fed med card and told if I couldn't lower it at the next appointment I would lose my CDL. Bad news made worse by N. P. Nelson insisting I go to a family doctor to get a prescription for high blood pressure. My complaint is that N.P's in Wisconsin can prescribe HBP Meds; She even named a probable drug, but She wouldn't prescribe it for me. So I could have gone downstairs and got medicine at the pharmacy for my condition that She diagnosed in a Hospital. I give SSM Health an f grade for that. And yes, I won't be going back there.
