  GAVE MY BABY THE WRONG VACCINE!!! AVOID this doctor’s office at all costs! Wow – I experienced the most incompetence I have EVER seen from beginning to end. A routine annual checkup for my three children became a three-hour ordeal. The front desk person was completely confused on how to check in our family and asked for help multiple times. After 20 minutes, we finally were taken back by a nurse who appeared to be a seasoned professional. I could not have been more wrong. I could overlook the nurse’s incompetence in completing standard well visit steps. However, when I learned that she administered the WRONG VACCINE to my 12-month-old son, I realized my error in even allowing the visit to continue after the repeated instances of her confusion. She told me directly that she does not normally work the pediatric floor, she was just filling in for someone and she kept leaving the room to ask someone for help. Get her away from the children! Lastly, Ginger, who I am told oversees this facility, could not be bothered with hearing about how her staff is completely incompetent. She was too concerned with her feelings. I wish I had never trusted this place with my children. I will NEVER be going back to that place, ever.
