I like it when she tells me what she is doing and what is next on the list in the process of prepping the old tooth for a crown. Next appointment is for the temporary crown to be replaced with a permanent crown.

When I called to ask about the charges, they blamed me and stated it was my fault for not getting past records to them. When I made the appointments, I specifically said where we were coming from so they could gather the necessary records ahead of time. The care is excellent but as a new patient, they failed us, blamed us, and at our expense.
