  GOLD STANDARD My first appointment was an review of my needs. Dr. Laura Gart did a review of my condition and offered a very easily undersstood verbal reveiw. I was most impressed and we decided on a procedure to improve my condition. The second appointment was for the removal of three teeth that is preparation for new implants. The surgery went very well and was almost painless. She and her assistants did a great job of explaining what they were doing as the procedure progressed. Afterwards they gave a very easily understood set of instructions to follow for my care at home. Dr. Gart's professionlism and performance of the procedure are now my "GOLD STANDARD" for oral surgery care.

  The doctor was nice and the nurse helping and everything went okay with my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal. The problem was I was quoted $1,708 for the procedure and the final bill was $2,044. How does it go up that much when we had a consultation and X-rays before showing exactly what would be done on the day of surgery?

  overall experience was good, receptionist, technician, setting. my dissatisfaction was with how this office bills for its work. they actually have a line item charge labeled:" Infection Control." I mistakenly thought that infection control would be automatically included in the global fee as an important part of basic good dental practices. When questioning this item the answer was; "It is required by OSHA that we sterilize our instruments and we are required to charge this"! Not really sure this makes any sense!!

  Thalia stayed with me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. She explained everything so thoroughly and truly my anxiety at ease. Dr. Waligora was amazing! He made everything go smoothly and made sure I was okay throughout the entire procedure. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
