Alissa was fantastic. It felt like a doctor appointment. She was so knowledgeable, comforting, and accepting of my medical condition and needs. She went out of her way to help me while answering my mother's health questions as well and entertaining my twin 4 yrs olds. I made her adjust the inserts like 40 times and she was kind and accommodating at every step!

When I finally I visited the Good Feet store in Pleasant Prairie, WI I did not really believe anything could relieve, much less eliminate the pain I had experienced for years. I had tried surgeries, medication, lost weight, and so many gadgets but still the pain continued.
The analysis of my gait and personalized inserts made a substantial improvement in my pain level before I had even left the showroom. It has only been a few days but I am excited to see what living without the pain will be like.i feel that all my questions were professionally answered by the salesperson who took the time to explain the process.
If you’re in pain, you owe it to yourself to check them out.

Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The insoles feel great. You notice immediate relief. They are a bit pricey, but with the relief and lifetime guarantee it is worth it. I walk a good amount with my job and hiking which has become tedious due to the pain during and after. With these I feel like I'll be able to enjoy this again. I like that they come with different insoles that all have a purpose for what you are doing. It isn't tedious to switch between, and they are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Remarkable transformation! I was a customer some years ago. This time, I came in using my cane, with knee and low back pain, sore neck. Walked out feeling so much better and carrying my cane, instead of walking tentatively and leaning against it.
Store manager, Alissa O’Neal, demonstrated how to properly place device and cushions; when to use which insert and why. She explained how to adapt to various footwear, shoes, sandals, extra depth shoes, dress shoes.
Felt very confident when leaving that I was always welcome back with concerns or questions.
Thank you so much.

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort.
