- JSJ SchneiderApr 16, 20201.0Pick and Save took a year to get all my meds synced. I have never been able to go in, pick up my prescriptions and leave. There is always some problem or glitch. I can't tell you how many times a medication wasn't ready (even after calling ahead to make sure everything was ready). Last time they said it would take 15 minutes to get it ready and when I went back three hours later it still wasn't ready. If you can't handle the business, you shouldn't be in the business!!
