The staff at the Home Instead Office also work closely with me (POA) to ensure my elderly parent is covered on all bases. The combined skills of the caregivers provide a healthy environment for my elderly parent so he can remain in his home. It wasn't easy to start care because of stubbornness, but Home Instead found ways to start slow and ease more care in. When the day came for us to transfer to 24/7 care, Home Instead was on it that day!!
