I started out initially getting my eyes checked at Eyemart Express Appleton, and hoped to update my prescription sunglasses. Appleton was extremely busy, so I headed towards home when I saw Eyemart Express Oshkosh. I stopped in, and was seen immediately. I entertained some frame options, and ultimately was able to reuse my original frames. Morgan got me all dialed in with a new set of progressive bifocals, adjusted my frames and got me on my way. All this in a short amount of time. The whole experience was outstanding. Need your eyes checked, or need new glasses? Check them out, you won't be disappointed. It's going to be my go-to place for everything optical from now on. Keep up the good work!!!
- WMWendy MeyerDec 5, 20252.0Optometrist n eye exam was great. But this was my 2nd time there and I told the guy I wanted the same lenses as my last ones they made. Then he did everything n said they would be ready in a few hours and I questioned it because my last ones took a week and went there to get them n tried them on sitting at the table. My mistake I should of got up n walked around or looked outside but now my old ones broke so I put them on and couldn't wear them. They were blurry looking far so I called to take them back n did. The lady working on 12/5 at opening was rude and said I know you called. Then I was just looking at my transaction on my phone to make sure it went through and another crappy way of saying it won't post right away. Obviously I know that. I work in customer service and if I was like that I'd be talked to. Check your glasses good n walk around. Now without any glasses and have to call my insurance because I'm sure they refunded my out of pocket but not the insurance company. Eye exam was great but I wouldn't recommend. Must of been a change of people. When you say you want the same lenses it's not hard to look n put them in and even when I questioned them it was wrong. And the lady working.. It's not her money she was refunding so loose the attitude. I didn't come in with one but left with one.
