  Extremely happy with the service my husband and I received here to get glasses and contacts. Doctor and staff were super helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

  Sad to say, but we've got to go along with the many 1-star ratings. My husband and I came for our first eye exam today. When we called from the parking area we were told to stay in our vehicles until our appointment time because they had several customers in the store. We entered at appointment time to then be told we needed to complete paperwork, which could have been completed ahead of time, or in the parking lot. When we entered we were the only customers in the facility, giving the staff free reign to show us their true colors. For 20-minutes we sat overhearing their personal and unprofessional conversations, including listening to four different employees laugh while they talked about outrageous clients. In the meantime, not one of them interacted with us. Our appointment was 11am. At 11:15, I peeked around the corner to see the doctor playing on his cell phone in an empty office. I immediately went to the front desk (3-employees doing nothing) to ask what was going on, at which time the doctor who had followed me to the front said, "I'm ready for you right now." This might have been interpreted as a welcoming apology of sorts from any other professional, but if you had seen this so called "doctor" turn his back on us and walk off with attitude, rather than escort a client who had been waiting for 20-minutes AFTER their appointment time, you would have also been in shock! I'm pretty sure if I had looked hard enough I would have seen an adolescent eye-roll too! I said to him, "Who are you even talking to?" as we each had an appointment. We didn't wait for his response as my husband was as livid as I. We told four employees standing in an empty store we were leaving and not putting up with this. Not a one attempted to ask what happened. I just thought some of you may be interested to hear how new clients are treated here. And if you're a repeat client, we likely heard about you today. We can only hope that someone starts taking these (several 1-star) reviews seriously and does something about the need for PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING for this team.
