  Elek went above and beyond to help us find our glasses. He also educated us on the different lenses /options for both sun and eye glasses. He found a coupon for a discount and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also took time to answer all our questions Elek is an asset at Eyemart Express and deserves a raise!

  Tried calling 5 times within 2 hours. I get they might be busy, but at least someone answer the phone and place me hold for a few minutes.

  We ordered glasses for my husband and myself plus prescription sunglasses. They tell me it will be two weeks before they arrive when I called today. It has been a week today. In this day and age it should not take that long.

  Doc was super in depth explaining all the things they were looking at and at the same time used normal human words so I didn’t have to just nod along. They said glasses would be 7-10 days. I expected business days. It was not. Just 7-10 days from when we ordered. So I had my no line bifocals polycarbonate lens with anti glare one week from date of ordering. Much appreciated.

  I've been going to Dr Neumann at Eyemart Express for decades. He listens and gets my prescription right every time. This last visit was exceptionally good. Adrianna helped me choose my glasses. She was thorough and lighthearted which made picking out new glasses a treat. She took care in all my eye measurements and gave me options to fit my budget. Daniel adjusted my glasses so they fit just right.
