  Took my daughter (age 6) to Badger Smiles for her first dentist appointment, and the entire team did such a wonderful job! They went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and at ease. We later had a follow-up cavity filling with Dr. Schoene, and I’m so grateful for her patience, care, and even her follow-up afterwards to ensure my daughter had the best experience possible. I would highly recommend Badger Smiles — their attention to detail and level of care are truly unmatched!

  Called this place from being referred, thought hey I had a rough experience at Aspin Dental. Went in for a consultation, submitted my insurance, but it took almost 1 week to even hear anything back, even with Email. tbh it was quite expensive, a realign alone was nearly $700, and a lower partial was nearly $1600.00 with my insurance only paying $517.00. Out of pocket I would need $1568.00. I decided to pass on the service as it was ridiculously over priced, and not to mention a consultation was 5 minutes tops. with little to no results. Fast forward, my dog decided she needed to eat my partial and upper as a snack, So i reach out to them, and told them what had happened and even sent them pictures thinking hey I really need help here, but all they care about if lining their pockets with money and can't or won't even help someone in dire straights! I told them I do not have access to the full amount that is needed to be due, and I could max out 2 of my credit cards and give them $600.00 for a down payment, and be in the following Friday with my entire check, (no bills need to be paid that week) and it was a big FAT NO! I'm not sure about anyone but not many people just walk around with wads of money in their pockets or in their bank accounts. I certainly don't, I live pay check to pay check, and sometime I have less than $10.00 to my name after all bills are paid when i get paid, and I get paid bi weekly. I called around, Aspin never answers their phones EVER! I wouldn't even take my fish to Aspin! I called another Dentist office, told them my issue, ran my insurance, and scheduled an appointment, out of pocket for a lower partial is only going to cost me $900.00, and they don't need it up front either, unlike other money hungry business's! at least they understand and are compassionate about their guest! I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you have bricks of money just laying around loosely, just saying! check around the no name dentist offices, before this one. I said what I said!

  Everyone was nice and so helpful. Kristen at the desk had a smile for everyone. Dr. Schoene and Robyn took wonderful care of this very nervous patient. Thank you!

  Friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Needed an emergency appointment as a new patient and was seen right away, correctly diagnosed, and treated. Definitely recommend.
