  Every time I come here, I feel like I’m at home. Between the front desk at check in, Krystal and Natalie, AND then you get the best dentist? Dr Michaels is my absolute favorite, he’s knowledgeable, professional, humble and kind! He makes you feel at home, and I would HIGHLY recommend switching dentists if you haven’t already and come see him, and exist within the happiness and joy this Dental office is going to give you and your family.

  I broke one of my wisdom teeth, and I was experiencing a significant amount of pain and discomfort. I also haven’t been to a dentist since I was a teenager. A friend recommended Dr. Michaels; he is covered under my insurance, so I called to make an appointment. I cannot tell you how thankful I was that I could be seen the next morning. From filling out the paperwork ahead of time, to a very peaceful waiting room, and to exceptional care given to me by Crystal and Dr. Michaels, I could not recommend them enough. I’ll be heading back in April for my first teeth cleaning EVER, and as I have another cracked tooth, will eventually put my trust in Dr. Michaels’s office for taking care of it.

  Dr. Michaels and his staff are amazing. I recently was bothered by a tooth ache and was leaving for vacation in 2 days. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and create a new crown and filling the same day. I would highly recommend them.

  Went for my 6 month cleaning /check up. Did not wait, everyone was on time. Will be back again in 6 months. Have always feared the dentist, but not anymore. I appreciate the staff at Oconomowoc Dental Care.

  I went to two other dentists before getting a price quote from Dr. Michael, and the difference was night and day. He took the time to explain in depth what I needed immediately and how to break the work down in a way I could actually afford. When I went in for my procedure, the dental hygienist—Natalie, I believe—was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and even put chapstick on my lips during the procedure because they were getting dry. That extra level of care really stood out to me. Dr. Michael was fast, efficient, and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay. They performed an extraction placed an implant filled cavities and Did a perfect crown on one of my front teeth. Could not be happier I also feel minimum amount of pain today. 10 out of 10. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Michael and his amazing team to anyone in need of a dentist.
