- MPMeghan PolenderJan 22, 20211.0I was a member of Pure Barre Oak Creek for 1 year, and I loved the variety of classes. All of the teachers I had were wonderful: very knowledgeable and motivating. With all of that said, I unfortunately needed to cancel my membership after a year due to financial reasons, and I've been spending the last 2 months trying to cancel, with no luck. It took me multiple phone calls and emails over the course of 2 weeks to finally track down an initial response. At this point, they claimed that they put in my 30 day written notice to cancel, and my membership would be set to end on 1/17. However, my membership has just been auto-renewed again for another month, and I've been charged again. And when I emailed back to follow-up, I received an OOO message that the owners are the only ones who can handle cancellation requests, and they will be OOO until 2/8. So now I have to wait another couple of weeks to find out if they will even issue a refund for incorrectly charging me another month and not pushing my cancellation through as requested. It's unfortunate that the lack of communication and professionalism is negatively affecting an otherwise great environment.

- LBLaura BrooksOct 8, 20195.0Absolutely LOVE doing Pure Barre. I got hooked on it when I lived in Chicago and am so happy they are now in Oak Creek. It's such a great workout in just 50 min! Highly recommend giving it a try. The studio owner and instructors are so friendly and helpful.
