  Never wait long. So friendly the nurse Practitioners I choose to have as my primary. They take their time and care.Love the fact I don't have to go to the hospital clinic.

  ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT‐ went in for annual physical (which is 100% covered under insurance) and was rushed in and out by the doctor in less than 10 minutes. They then incorrectly billed and are trying to charge for a "Doctor's office visit, long" on top of the annual physical. After over a month and several calls to the billing department, I was told, "the easiest way to handle this, would be to just pay the bill." I had to request a supervisor three times before being allowed to actually speak to one. I was then told it could take up to two additional weeks before hearing back because a representative had only "noted" it for review instead of actually placing it under review.

  Probably the worst “care” I’ve ever received, however no one actually CARES about you. They don’t listen, they just check their boxes and ignore everything you tell them. It’s not just this clinic either. The ENTIRETY of SSM health care is pure trash. I have extremely aggressive heart disease at 38. 5 stents in almost little over a year and I’m real close to 6, 7, and 8. Not one test has been done to discover why. I’m not over weight, I had high lipids but got it under control quickly after the first hospitalization. My cholesterol is now 42, but despite that I continue to develop blockages within a matter of months in areas that had no plaque build up previously. I’ve had chest pain since January and now for the last few weeks I’ve been getting intense dizzy spells anytime I stand up and move around. My Cardiologist ignored me and Walker at the SSM clinic in NFDL blew me off and told me to check my blood pressure (it’s fine). That was right after he failed to appeal my request for a 2nd opinion outside SSM. My current appointment for a 2nd opinion in SSM is September. Hope I make long enough to get blown off my a 2nd SSM cardiologist

  Reception is awful, rude, and act entitled. Actually a bit disgusted with how simple check in was handled. The providers, nurses, and techs are approachable, helpful, and take their time.
