Well it sure is nice hwy 20 has gotten a bunch of new stuff the news letter was real nice blue hey Erie has a broken door the place is not secured I caught some one going through my locker that didn't belong to gym how are u going to keep us safe

Incoming rant!! Venting my frustration with Razor Sharp Fitness.
I have been trying to get in contact with a certain personal trainer that just started there recently so I can set up training sessions since I've had major changes in my body recently and am still under the care of the plastic surgeon and the pain clinic for my spine issues.
I have left multiple voice mails, sent multiple emails, spoke to someone in the billing department while we were discussing my account. I told her I've not heard from this trainer at all, she said she would message him internally and that is not typical for him to not respond. I thought for sure I would hear from him after that, nope!
I called the gym last week and was told the owner Thomas was in and was transferred to his phone. He did not answer, so I left him a voice mail letting him know I wanted to discuss things that I am not pleased with and to please call me back. You guessed it, I'm still waiting for that call back. 😡
Up until this point, I was happy when I was working with Tyler, but he's no longer there and this new person seemed better trained to be able to handle my new physical limitations and goals.
What has happened to customer service nowadays?
At this point I'm thinking that I'd like to find another gym, but I'm still under agreement with them and it would cost me a lot to break that agreement.
I'm going to try calling Razor Sharp Fitness again this week and see where that gets me. How does a business NOT want my money above my monthly fees they are already getting?? It just baffles me 🤔
