  Best ER I've found in America!!! Only 1 person waiting in front of me, maybe a 15 min wait max. Everybody friendly, not the zoom in&out I'm used to finding. MD was super helpful! She asked the relevant questions, listened patiently as I gave her more than that, openly discussed her thinking and strategy before she ordered tests and X-ray, and returned to explain when results came in. X-ready tech let me look at imagining. MD shared her screen of results. I felt as though Dr. Cacheco and I were part of a team, approaching my health concerns together. Walked out with answers after two hours, including wait time, ekg, 2 blood draws, chest X-rays, saline drip, and doctor visits. Easy, friendly and thorough experience. -- jc

  5 star Dr. And very caring is the only thing that raises this to a 5 star. I saw he was kind by rubbing my sons back and listening to me with patience and trying to understand our situation. And maybe it should be a 5 star...I'm not sure why another Dr couldn't be pulled in from somewhere.......over 4 hour wait.....maybe hire someone else besides..don't know what **nurse practitioner **can do but ...it would be nice to have back up to see people when overly busy to take less severe needs. Ssm look into something to speed things along without requiring larger cost on you end please :)

  Chelsea my nurse was awesome. She was very sympathetic to how bad I was feeling as well very professional. They ran many tests to come to a conclusion of what was going on and felt very comfortable with the conclusion.

  The ER was extremely busy but staff was friendly and attentive. They kept apologizing for things taking so long but we really didn’t feel it took near as long as what it could have been with them being so busy. Job well done by all. Thank you.

  The nurses and doctors are very good, but the rooms are limited. The waiting area has no way for ill patients to rest. Sometimes wait times are more 3 hours in very uncomfortable plastic chairs. They need to revamp the waiting area and this emergency room would be 5/5
