Loved yoga six studio immediately after a one week trial. Staff and teachers are all very nice and friendly. I love different variety of classes are included such as power yoga, hot yoga, yoga sculpt, restorative yoga, etc. Besides the hot yoga, all other the classes offers something different to work on every visit.

My friend dragged me here for the introductory deal kicking and screaming. Here I am 2 months later, having signed up for an unlimited membership. I love my 3x/week yoga fix. Not only do I sleep better, but my body is less sore and more limber. My mental health has improved so much so that I crave my Friday Restore Yoga sesh. It resets my intentions for the week and helps me to focus on self-care when I am often feeling out-of-sorts. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at YogaSix Milwaukee!
