I certainly hope this pharmacist doesn't speak to other people in the manner I was today. Hanging up on people is unacceptable and so unprofessional.

He was assured there would not be a problem refilling it. Went to pick up on Wednesday. Was informed they were out of insulin and would call an order in. Pharmacist never informed us they were out, nor did they notice there was a pending refill. This is the 3rd time we've had an issue with this pharmacy. We will be going elsewhere. They don't even deserve 1 star. Extremely unhelpful.
