Some collagen products being advertised as complete protein which is misleading, but that isn’t the stores fault, just the products itself. Main complaint is some products that were shown as being available in store were not, which was upsetting considering I went in search of one of said products.

The store is clean, inviting and they have a decent selection to cover all your health needs. I stop here at least once a week and always walk out happy. Not sure about the bad reviews I'm reading but I am a little skeptical as I've never encountered any issues.
