I got a great action plan, follow up plan and they assuaged all my concerns. I cannot express my appreciation towards the wonderful service from the ophthalmology assistant who got perhaps my first successful IOP ever, to the optometrist, to the amazing receptionists and phone staff who were so kind and welcoming.

I had a stroke and have cognitive issues, so I can struggle with that. The sales team they have now is a big shifted over there from the past. They are much kinder and more patient with my cognitive issues now. Highly recommend. A bit expensive but worth it.
