Jairus was extremely helpful! My foot pain is eliminated. Can’t thank the good feet store enough. Seriously a miracle. Can’t make this stuff up as someone who suffers from plantar fasciitis.

Hello Good Feet Store, I visited your Greenway Station store on August 31st and met with Wes. I shared that I had suffered from plant fasciitis for over 5 months and was hoping to find a solution to this pain. After listening to the testimonials on the TV that played on a loop several times during the hour I was in the store, it seemed as though I was in the right place. However, I had a sinking feeling it was going to be a very costly endeavor as no prices are posted anywhere in the store nor on the website. After listening to Wes’s carefully memorized sales pitch and trying on the orthotics, I didn’t feel a whole lot of relief but was assured that even within a few days, I would feel increasingly less pain. As often happens with those that are in chronic pain and hoping to find a solution, I handed over my HSA card to pay $2200 for the “custom” orthotics and while doing so, I then saw the sign that said purchases were non-refundable. I had a terrible feeling in my gut that I may regret this choice but pushed it down hoping I was wrong. After following the protocol for almost 5 weeks, my plantar fasciitis pain has not changed one bit. To say I’m disappointed is a complete understatement. I had to save for over 6 months to have enough money in my HSA to pay for this product and I’m devastated that there hasn’t been one iota of marked difference in my daily pain. I was a small business owner and I understand the power of customer satisfaction and word of mouth. Additionally, I don’t believe in shady sales tactics that are not forthcoming with price on the website or in the store front. It’s dishonest to your customers and will leave them feeling used and taken advantage of. I am sharing this with you so you understand my deep dissatisfaction in the experience I had at your store as well as with your product. I don’t believe in a non-refundable product or service when the customer has had a negative experience and I am hoping you are able to remedy this. Thank you for your understanding.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
