Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
I bought a 10 class pass promotion over the summer and now that I have finally gotten around to using it I can say I think barre3 in Middleton is a wonderful fitness studio! Very appealing and clean space and the instructors are all super friendly. I appreciate that they offer alternative options for different moves based on injuries. The barre classes themselves are challenging and a really great work out. I always leave feeling energized and invigorated. The nugget ice machine and free Moka coffee are the cherry on top.

LOVE Barre3 and all the instructors! I have been doing Pure Barre for years and still do, but this is an amazing place when I am working in Madison. Everyone is so friendly and it's a great workout as well! Definitely recommend.

Barre3 has been the perfect way to get back into a fitness routine. The studio and lounge are beautiful, the free coffee is such a nice touch, and the instructors are incredibly supportive with modifications and reminders to listen to your body. The classes are effective, welcoming, and leave me feeling strong and refreshed.

Barre3 Middleton has been my favorite part of my routine. I can’t begin to express how much gratitude I have for this studio- from the instructors to the variety of classes, I feel inspired to challenge myself some days and comfortable to take modifications on others. I’ve taken roughly 75 classes and have never felt stronger. In fact, I can finally do my first “real” push up. ✨ After a long work day, I NEED Barre3 to de-stress. Huge shoutout to Kristi for providing the most positive support (“you can do it, you already are!”), Emily for curating the most mindful of flows, Courtney for challenging me when I’m about to give up, Renee for the best burpee experience (her music rocks), & Sophia for literally everything. Sophia’s classes kick my ass in the best way.
