Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
Barre3 Middleton has literally helped me climb mountains! The consistency, stability, and strength I’ve gained from these classes have completely changed how I move through life. I hike better, feel stronger, and enjoy my hobbies more because of the balance and body awareness I’ve built here.
I really appreciate how hands on the instructors are with posture and alignment. Their gentle corrections based in years of experience have helped me actually build core strength for the first time. Each class leaves me feeling more comfortable and confident in my body, and it’s so motivating to see small improvements each week through lifting heavier weights, using stronger bands, and just feeling more capable overall.
The instructors are incredibly kind, and the whole studio has such a warm, encouraging vibe. The workout is truly for everyone - barre has been with me for every step of my fitness journey, and it’s empowering to see how I can adapt each class to fit where I’m at in life or just that day. My time at Barre3 has become one of the best parts of my day where I get to spend a little slice of it doing something just for me.

I love coming to Barre3 Middleton! The classes are so great whether you are very active or not. I’m finally in a good fitness routine and it’s because of the skill and support from the awesome instructors, as well as from other people in class. The Middleton studio is so peaceful and welcoming! I highly recommend adding Barre3 to your workouts!

I love barre3 Middleton! The instructors are amazing, and I always leave class feeling stronger and energized. I was SO nervous the first few times I went, but everyone was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Attending class is now one of the best parts of my week!

Joining this studio has allowed me to become the most consistent I’ve ever been with an exercise routine! The environment is incredibly supportive and approachable. Instructors give modifications for every pose, so you can dial up or down the intensity based on your body or daily needs. I am most impressed with how community-minded this studio is, supporting other local small businesses and creating a space that is welcoming for all.

I’m so grateful for all that barre3 provides — from the variety of classes and exceptionally knowledgeable instructors to the mindful movements and posture awareness I carry throughout my day, all within a beautiful and welcoming space. One of my favorite classes is the 45-minute cardio — high energy, fun music, an incredible detox sweat, and a serotonin boost!! I always leave feeling renewed and grounded.
