Sophia & Amy have both been so helpful with any questions I may have and with spreading encouragement in everything they do. Highly recommend checking it out for yourself❤️

Amy runs an amazing class and she went above and beyond to help me with some account issues I had when trying to register for another class. The facility is clean and has everything you need. I would recommend Middleton Barre3 to anyone!

Very appealing and clean space and the instructors are all super friendly. I appreciate that they offer alternative options for different moves based on injuries. The barre classes themselves are challenging and a really great work out. I always leave feeling energized and invigorated. The nugget ice machine and free Moka coffee are the cherry on top.
