  Staff at the Mequon Wi clinic claimed insurance was verified and covered the day of procedure. Months later they billed $7,200 saying insurance denied coverage. Currently pursuing a disinformation lawsuit as I was told the day of procedure that it was approved by insurance and covered. 1 year post procedure all symptoms have returned and was told " you signed the paperwork acknowledging this was a possibility" and after talks with the same person from management (also this person claims to be a medical provider) "maybe you should read the paperwork more closely" So patient be ware. Also Google has been altering my response to this. And only posting snips of what I type.

  This is the second time having this procedure done (different hands) and the first time was the traditional method. The Ovation technique was much more pleasant and quicker. Everyone at the clinic was great.

  After living with severe pain at night and nearly constant numbness in my fingers for years, the pain became constant throughout the day and night as well as the numbness. I finally decided to get my Carpal Tunnel condition taken care of through traditional surgical methods. After all my initial appointments and just about ready to set the surgery date for my first hand, I decided to contact Ovation and discuss that option. After my initial consultation, I knew that their procedure was the one I would go with. We scheduled my first surgery after that initial consultation with the next hand to be done the week after the first. It was absolutely amazing how fast the procedure is and more importantly, how fast the healing time is. The very night of the procedure, I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in more than 10 years without waking in excruciating pain. My best advise for anyone contemplating Ovation is to get it done as soon as possible. The pain will only get worse as time goes by and if left untreated long enough, you can have permanent nerve damage from the years of compression on the nerve. It has been exactly one year since my second hand was done and it's been phenomenal. The orthopedic surgeon that did my procedure trained under the Doctor that invented the procedure. You really can't get better care than that. The entire staff was great with a special shout out to the P.A.s. They are extremely knowledgable and always there for you when you need them. Stop living with the pain, numbness and weakness! It literally takes less than an hour to put your life back in order.
