- MKMitch KruegerDec 15, 20251.0Staff at the Mequon Wi clinic claimed insurance was verified and covered the day of procedure. Months later they billed $7,200 saying insurance denied coverage. Currently pursuing a disinformation lawsuit as I was told the day of procedure that it was approved by insurance and covered. 1 year post procedure all symptoms have returned and was told " you signed the paperwork acknowledging this was a possibility" and after talks with the same person from management (also this person claims to be a medical provider) "maybe you should read the paperwork more closely" So patient be ware. Also Google has been altering my response to this. And only posting snips of what I type.
