- JSJoe SchmidtNov 18, 20231.0Update, after getting worried that my child wasnt in my insurance correctly, as the pharmacy told me they couldn't find her, turns out they are liars or careless. I spend 2 hours on the phone with my insurance (they also are slow) and worked with them to assure that they saw my daughter on file. THEN they found out the pharmacy did find my daughter but lied to us and said they couldn't find her and billed us as cash instead with a coupon. Pharmacy has issues, they refuse to acknowledge standard health insurance and refused to bill to process through insurance. We are max out of pocket and they would not let us leave without paying them. So now I have to deal with reimbursement. Be careful trusting what they tell you here.

Received a voicemail that everything was ready and that I could return for the flu shot. When I returned a different pharmacist asked if I had an appointment and if not I had to go online. Customer service and attitude way below par for what has been a generally positive shopping experience.
