After now 40 minutes, I was told one of the RX' s were out if stock. Horrible service, rude staff! After waiting 40 told minutes for something they didn't even have ...not even a "sorry about that". Zero stars

There were appointments scheduled before mine. What were they told? What a waste of a drive and time across town. This type of incident is consistent with Kroeger. Really. WHY ALLOW APPOINTMENT TIMES TO BE SCHEDULED IF YOU CANT TAKE THEM?
