Carla was AMAZING! I was told at another location that the glasses that I wanted would not work for me. Carla took the time to look at the again and made them work. She was absolutely wonderful and provided excellent customer service

Awesome experience! Brianna helped me with my slightly broken sunglasses. Not only did she repair them, but made sure they were clean before I left the store. Will definitely go back again. Thank you for making this such an awesome experience.

This place was a horrible experience. My appointment was scheduled for 11:40, and I arrived at 11:50, which is still within the 10-minute grace period. Despite that, I was treated poorly. The staff’s behavior was very unprofessional—one employee had a rude attitude, and another laughed, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I rely on my glasses daily and came in because I misplaced them, so this was not a casual visit. Instead of receiving understanding or assistance, I was met with disrespect. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Karla helped me order new lenses for my existing frames, and explored every option for me to arrive at the best price. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the entire process. She is a true asset to the company. I couldn’t have been in better hands. 👍🏻👏👏👏

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
