I have not had glasses for years and thanks to the helpful staff and especially Joanna (for helping me find some that look good) I now have glasses and a year supply of contacts. Definitely recommended this business.

I am so disappointed. First the way the tech treated me was horrible. Then , I asked for contacts and still two months almost later they don't even have them nor did they order my trial pair. The management is amazing the other staff members are great . Helpful and kind. Just very disappointed that I even called and was told they ordered my trial pair of contacts and still no contacts. Very sad. Like the staff besides the tech.

Racist Staff, this is the second time I visited this location and was met with no sense of urgency when comparing my encounter with staff and their willingness to help other races. The lady who identified herself as a manager which I met with again this year tried to act like I had no coverage last year; and when I called my insurance on the phone she suddenly found it. A patient of her preferred race spoke up for me and said, "Her type of insurance gets no better than that." Today, I was told by a gentleman to just look for the glasses I want; however, his willingness to focus his attention to the opposite race by asking can he be of assistance with their search. I then asked the manager if she could help me with my selections. ( The one from last year) Unwillingly, she did and while quoting prices that did not match my coverage I felt she was not being honest with the being a preferred provider it was obvious she was once again being unethical. BEWARE RACIST ENVIRONMENT

We have been going to this location for the past two years and we have been nothing but satisfied. The service has always been spot on. Joanna has been fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. We have gotten quality frames, lenses, and service. While they no longer take our vision insurance, we would feel really comfortable going back there to pay out of pocket!

1 start is generous. I went in for my vision exam on 12/5 with Dr.Vance. From the start she was rushing the entire thing and their systems were down. It was a complete fluster of an appointment. She gave me trial contacts per my request but failed to give me the proper prescription. I have -3.75 in one eye and she gave me -3.50 without any comment. Upon receiving my contacts I noticed they were blurry so I made another appointment on 12/17 to go in for a recheck. I waited for 45 minutes to only find out from the tech my prescription for the contacts was wrong (like I stated above). She left a note for Dr.Vance to ensure she would get the correct trial lenses ordered. Fast forward to 12/23, i called to confirm my trials were ordered. There was no order placed or any record of what was needed. I feel like i wasted my entire vision check for the year. I do not know who answered the phone but she told me i should still be able to see and the difference should not matter in the contacts, well it does. Was incredibly rude and I’ll be calling back to speak with a manager at noon. I told her to not even bother ordering the trials anymore as I will be going somewhere new in 2026 when my insurance rolls over. I knew from the minute i stepped in the store and they couldn’t check me in that i should’ve just left. I strongly recommend NOT going to this location. They are a literal mess.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
